Once you get in touch, I’ll reply by text or email to offer a short introductory Zoom call. This gives us a chance to meet, talk about what you’re hoping to explore in therapy, and get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.
If we decide to continue, we’ll arrange your first session. At the beginning, we’ll go through the counselling agreement together so everything feels clear, grounded, and at your pace.
Our sessions focus on building trust and emotional safety — creating a dependable space where you can share whatever needs attention. Sessions can be held at a regular weekly time, or arranged flexibly to suit your schedule. I also offer some flexibility for those who work shifts or have unpredictable diaries. To work effectively, sessions should be regular, either weekly or bi‑weekly.
